I love finding evidence that supports my work as a coach. Shawn Anchor’s research and work has confirmed that shifting our paradigms from being positive AFTER having achieved success to being positive BEFORE achieving success can change the way we see the world and how our brains work.
How our perspective and frame of mind affects the happiness of better work. He points out how we set happiness on the other side of success. We need to raise our ability to see positive in the present which allows our minds and overall performance to perform better, more accurately, and more intelligently. Our focus needs to be on being positive in the present and rewiring our brain into scanning the world for the positive and not the negative.
